These Terms govern access to Talent.IuVeAI. By using the service you agree to them.

What Talent is

Talent.IuVeAI is an AI Opportunity Agent for executors (freelancers, specialists, B2B providers). It discovers remote opportunity signals from open APIs, RSS, and permitted public-web connectors, ranks fit, and helps draft outreach. It is not a job marketplace: only executors register; employers do not create Talent accounts.

Accounts

Sign-in uses IuVe SSO / IuVeAI capacity. You must keep credentials secure and provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

You must not abuse search bots, scrape beyond permitted connectors, attempt unauthorized access, or use Talent for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI outputs

AI-generated proposals, emails, and analyses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending any outreach.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Talent is provided “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
