Data we process

Account / identity: email, IuVe user id, session data, language preference.
Usage: search prompts, Career Agent intents, opportunity interactions, workspace drafts you generate.
Technical: IP-related security logs, browser/device metadata, cookies required for login and language.
Optional learning: if you consent to IuVe training sync, anonymized learning events may be sent to IuVe under your account settings.

Purposes

We process data to operate Talent search and ranking, secure accounts, improve product quality, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Contract performance, legitimate interests in running a secure opportunity agent, legal compliance, and consent where a feature explicitly asks for it (for example community training).

Retention & rights

Data is kept only as long as needed for the service, security, and law. Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export via hello@iuve.eu.
